Good till it isn't anymore

I Like the audio quality and how comfortable it is.

The wireless feature bombed out on me after owning the product 7-8 months. It was constantly going "inactive" and losing its connection.

Good product, but if you are going to willingly buy this after reading my review. Get the warranty for it.

Great sound and blocks off most outside sounds

power switch is a bit wonky after a while

I've been using this headset for a while now and is great for listening while gaming, communicating or watching movies / shows. The surround is not hard to set up and has a good interface software. After about 8 months, the power switch is a little wonky where it will only power on one side, or not at all, when toggled on or off. Best to plug it in and leave them on, which sort of defeats the purpose of a wireless headset. As long as the battery is charged though, you can unplug and keep going.

Sound quality is pretty good.

The mic is absolute trash. There is nothing worse then playing a game and having guys tell you that you sound like you are talking through a fish tank. The truth is the mic is so bad that it does sound like you are talking on a $15 mic. - No way to tell how much battery you have - RGB turns on when you charge and no way to turn it off - No indicator that unit is fully charged just keeps spamming same RGB - Logitech website looks like it hasn't been updated since 1995. Near impossible to navigate and install correct drivers and software. - No dedicated push to talk button on the headset.
