The employees were helpful. Very comfortable and durable chair. Service was excellent. Chair was made of quality material and finishing was great. The employees helped us in getting the packed chair in to the car. Easy to assemble. Well packed with one year warranty as well.

I'd recommend it

The price is decent for what you get, my leg rest wasn't properly installed so I unfortunately had to remove it all together. The seat itself is comfortable for prolonged periods and seems durable enough. Lots of options for movement as well. Decent chair.

Decent chair but needs more attention to the little things.

It's comfortable to sit in for prolonged periods and is adjustable in many ways.
First, I weigh just over 220 lbs for reference.
A little over a year from purchase, the arm rest tops jiggle all over the place and aren't easy to fix.
The aluminum base twisted and snapped in 2 places from just rolling around and shifting weight.
The recline flat feature never worked for me because after my first attempt, the chair base twisted and constantly flipped backward when I tried again.
It's well made, the seat part at least, but the aluminum base twists and warps easily if you actually use the wheels to move the chair around while you're using it. If you're like me, about 14-15 months after purchase you'll need a new base for it.

Well-made with some flaws
Reviewed by: Frederick
You get a lot for the price, compared with brand name gaming chairs.
The armrests are adjustable up/down, forward/backward, and left/right - as well as being made of a hard spongy-foam material.
It comes with a leg rest that folds and stores back under.
Something you don't see on more expensive chairs.
It also has a strong back tilting function, and the construction is well made.
Flaws... a really big one... it has a disturbing tendency to tip over the front.
Say youre sitting down, and you lean forward past the edge of the seat. Guess what, the chair will make you face-plant on your desk.
Compound this with the leg rest, and you always have to make sure youre paying attention to your center of gravity.
Other flaw, the head-rest pillow is too high (for my height) so its kinda useless plus you can't adjust it down.
Also if you use the lumbar support cushion, it forces you to scoot forward - also increasing your forward center of gravity, thus... again, giving you a chance to tip over and face plant.
4/5 stars due to the tipping issue. Otherwise a good value chair.

Comfortable and well built

The chair features all the adjustments youd expect to find on a high end chair. Height adjust, tilt and rock with a lock out, adjustable arm rests and of course recline.
The chair is very well packaged, with bubble wrap, heavy duty shipping foam and reinforced cardboard dividers all fit nicely in a reinforced cardboard box. Inside you will find all the hardware already fastened in place for convenience. As well you will find a bag containing spare hex nuts 2 hex wrenches and a pair of cotton gloves for assembly which I thought was a nice touch.
The material used feels like it's of good quality, all the metal has been well machined, the stitching is done very well with no noticeable imperfections and the PU is fit very well no creases no wrinkles.
The material is a fingerprint magnet, and the lumbar pillow is a bit aggressive its comfortable when sitting up but uncomfortable to recline on aside from that I've found no issues at all.
It's an excellent value, after having a negative experience trying to purchase a different chair I'm very grateful that Mike over at the Oshawa Canada Computers took the time to assist me in and recommend the product.
Definitely a chair worth checking out if your in the market for a less expensive option.
