Really unfortunate but Ive had it less than 6 hours and its completely blue screened my windows 11 system at least 5 times. I havent had a chance to try the cloning feature. I was only trying to see files on the drives. I dont like writing a bad review but it seems like many others are also having problems with this model.

Don't buy!

Can be used as a doorstop.

Keeps disconnecting at random. Fails to copy drives. You may need to turn this thing on and off multiple times until it decides to reconnect.

Stay away from this thing!

Corrupts your drive

Got this as it was cheap. It corrupts my drives!! I was using it one day. Turned off my computer and rest up. Next morning turned on my computer and the drive and it shows my drives needs to be formated.
Luckily I was able to recover my drive partition from crap like this. *****

Don't bother

Device *sometimes* will clone ...

When cloning doesn't work (often), it won't tell you why. Often won't even acknowledge drives are present and when it does and then fails, there are no error codes. Worst support I've ever dealt with. They don't seem to know anything about their own product; feels more like they're third-hand resellers than the original company.

An inferior product with even worse support. Nice idea, in theory, but the reality of it is that it's a very bad purchase.

Don't waste time or money

Dual Bay, supposed to have a clone feature, but not going to take the chance of loosing a harddrive to test due to other problems.

Seems to work fine in USB 2.0 but Does not work in USB 3.0, goes haywire, completely unstable, connecting, disconnecting, turning the harddrive on and off, etc. Tried the firmware upgrade, instructions are in Chinese, says it passed the firmware upgrade, no improvement. No North American telephone support, no response to email inquiry for support. Returning this product, not work the price for just USB 2.0.
