Constantly disconnects even when wired directly

Easy to set up and good picture quality. The Canada Computer staff have been very helpful.

The software provided - Eye4 does not seem to work with other cameras.

I would not recommend this product - constant disconnects. Also Manufacturer will not respond to my emails

Setup was pretty easy Picture quality good.

Disconnects from my network very often..Goes offline. Sometimes a pain to get back online. Also the Eye4 application does not generally work with other non Vstarcam cams So you have to run different software for you other devices.
