Diagnostics Service Labour Charges

Our expertly trained staff will make an initial visual assessment of your system to try and locate any irregularities that could be causing your system’s issues. We’ll then share the findings with you. If further testing is needed, we’ll discuss the next steps, which may involve more in-depth physical diagnostics with associated costs. This initial visual assessment is completely free of charge and a valuable step toward ensuring your system runs at peak performance.
Our expert staff will perform a physical assessment to identify hard-to-spot issues. Using a variety of testing methods, we’ll focus on critical components such as your hard drive, solid-state drive, memory, motherboard, CPU, power supply, and operating system. Afterward, we’ll share our findings with you and provide an estimate to optimize your system for peak performance. This assessment is a valuable step toward ensuring your system runs smoothly.
Run specialised software to assess the health and condition of your hard drive (HDD) or solid-state drive (SSD). Address any filesystem errors, bad sectors, or uncover the need to be replaced.

Upgrade & Repair Service Labour Charges

Systems with AIO Liquid Cooling will be an additional $19.99 (LADTUR0002)
Technicians will skillfully install or replace a mainboard of your choice. Any related components will be migrated over to ensure the system is fully operational. This does not include any data transfer or re-installing the operating system. Please see our software or data transfer labour rates if applicable.
Additional Component(s) are $4.99 each. This excludes Motherboard and Liquid Cooling. (LADTUR0004)
Have your expansion device (Video Card, Sound Card, ….), storage device (Hard Drive, Solid-State Drive, or optical drive), or Memory installed or replaced by the experts. This does not include a Mainboard or any Liquid Cooling options.
Have your aging or new all-in-one processor (CPU) liquid cooling system installed or replaced by the experts. Professionally installed and ready to beat the heat. An inspection to ensure a proper fit will take place prior to the installation, as the case must support the radiator and fans.
Remove built up dust and debris from within your system to keep the air flowing. Opening of the case and thoroughly cleaning all fans (power supply, cpu / processor, case, or video card) with care and attention.
Replace or upgrade your power supply, a critical component for your functioning system. Technicians will not just replace the unit, but will ensure it is installed with care and clean up all related cables to ensure a clean and functional system.

System Build Service Labour Charges

Have your system expertly built in-store and ready for use. Our expertise will ensure there is no damage caused by improper handling or installation of any device and your system will be ready to use with a clean look by ensuring cables are clean and managed. Any liquid cooling service is separate, and does not include any operating system installation.

Enhance your new system build by adding an All-in-one processor liquid cooling solution. Not only will your system be expertly built in-store by qualified technicians, your system will be enhanced with the liquid processor cooling. Any cables will be organized and neat within your system. This service does not include any operating system installation or data transfer.

Further enhance the look of your system with a custom hard-tube build. Our technicians will custom design your liquid cooling solution and professionally install it to ensure your desired look. The system will be tested to ensure no leaks are present so you can enjoy cool operation. All hardware is sold separately, and any additional cooling blocks (Video Card) will be extra.

Software Installations Service Labour Charges

Complete install of your Operating System and latest updates, and any related drivers to ensure your system is working correctly. This does not include the operating system or data-backup, and customer must have a valid license key.

Due to the complexity of storage locations, some files may be omitted without important guidance on locations. This does not include the operating system and the customer must have valid license key.
Our expertly trained technicians will use leading tools and software to both identify and remove Viruses, Adware, Malware, or Trojans on your system.
Resolve any known issues or add any system enhancements by having our technicians perform a BIOS or Firmware update on your system. We will ensure the latest version is installed and any related firmware updates.

Data Transfer & Recovery Service Labour Charges

Have your important documents, music, and pictures transferred to another device. A review of key file locations will be completed to ensure the highest level of service. A destination device is required (hard drive, solid-state drive, usb memory key, or DVD disk) will depend on overall amount of data.
Have an exact mirror image of your current storage drive, hard drive or solid-state drive, mirrored onto a new device. Ideal when upgrading or replacing the current device to avoid losing files or re-installing the operating system and related drivers or software. Get back up and running fast. A new device is required, and the original must be functional.
We will use specialized software to locate missing or deleted data from your hard drive, solid-state drive, USB memory stick, or an SD / memory card. The drive must be detectable by a computer.

Not all data may be recoverable due to the integrity of the device or lost data and is a best effort approach. A destination drive of similar or larger size will be required in addition to the cost of the service.
When your drive is not detectable in any devices, or a critical failure prevents our technicians from recovering data, we will have your data recovered by a leading data recovery lab through our partnership. This service can be carried out on a hard drive, solid-state drive, USB memory stick, or an SD / memory card.
