Online Return & Exchange

Products purchased from Canada Computers & Electronics can easily be returned or exchanged at any of our stores. Use our store locator to find your nearest location and opening hours. Most items that have been purchased online can be returned or exchanged online. With most items, you'll also be able to print a prepaid return or exchange shipping label. If you are eligible for the Return or Exchange Service request, follow the detailed instructions provided in the Online Return or Exchange Guide.

Check our Returns and Exchanges Policy table to see if your purchase is eligible* for return.

Canada Computers & Electronics offers a 15-day return policy on most products. Return item must include all complete original packaging and contents (accessories, manuals, software, gifts, codes, and additional parts from the purchased item)

*Note: Incomplete and damaged item will not be accepted for a refund. Custom Order items are not eligible for returns.

Begin with your Online Return

Let’s begin! Simply input your order number and email address on our Online Return Form and follow these steps:

  1. Fill in your Web Order# and Email Address, Click Submit
  2. Read and Confirm your contact information is filled out correctly
  3. Attach relevant documents (invoice, receipt..., etc)
  4. Select the checkbox of which item needs to be returned
  5. Choose the Return Reason (i.e. Change of mind etc.) in the selection box
  6. Review and Click Submit for your return request form

Pack Your Return Item & Ship it Back to us

It’s time to pack and ship! Don’t forget to print your prepaid shipping label.
(Return Numbers and Shipping Labels are only valid for 20 days)
Place the prepaid shipping label on your return item package.

*Please include a copy of your invoice and order number inside your return package.

Find the nearest Canada Post location and ship your package to us by dropping it off.

When to expect your Refund?

Once we receive your return item, we will go through the process procedure. You may expect to receive your refund* within 5 – 7 business days to your original credit card.

*Excluding shipping and handling fees if applies to your return.

Canada Computers & Electronics offers a 30-day defective exchange on most products generally. However, 90-day defective exchange applies to the following items: Laptops, Tablets, iPads, and E-Readers.

If your purchase is not eligible for online exchange, get in touch with Customer Service for further assistance.

Take 3 pictures of your defective or damaged exchange item

Now, follow the instruction of capturing the item for exchange claim:

Picture 1. Damaged good
Take a photograph of the damaged good in its entirety, the photograph should show any damage.
* Note: For products with monitor or screen damage, you will need to capture separate photos with the power on & off (include the bezel).

Picture 2. Outer packaging
Take a picture of the outer packaging so we can evaluate the outer packaging that has been used. Please include an additional photo of the carrier postage label.

Picture 3. Inner Packaging
Take a picture of the inner packaging used to ship the parcel. The picture should show what inner packaging was used to protect the item inside the box during transit.
