Good amount of adjustments. Easy to assemble. (Screws are visually distinct and the instruction manual makes it clear which ones go where.)
Overall very comfortable for me and a huge improvement over my previous "gamer chair", but I suggest going into a store in person to see if there is a demo unit you can sit in to get a feel for it before purchasing.

Do not buy this chair, I give it a zero rating.
I purchased this chair just over a year ago and I like the mesh it is very comfortable and numerous adjustments that can be made to the chair.
My problem occurred when the tilt function stopped working so now all it does is tilt all the way back. I looked closer at the chair and a large piece of metal that controls the tilt adjustment broke off.
I tried to contact the company but there is no response. Do not buy this poorly manufactured chair.

Chair is comfortable and only took about 15 minutes to put together. Only major criticism is while the chair is advertised with “4d armrests” the width adjustment is more limited then I wanted.

Incroyable !

A nightmare to put together, but pretty good to sit on.

The mesh is good!
Quite comfy
Despite some of the materials feeling cheap, the chair overall has a very premium feel and look to it once it's all assembled.
Awful instructions. Quite literally the worst I have ever seen.
Had to go through Canada Computer's obnoxious return policy when the gas lift didn't work
Arms can't slide horizontally, just backwards, forwards and up and down.
Lumbar support pillow isn't very good, and the way the chair is designed there's not really a way to fix it.
JAMES must have been the one who made the instructions because they DO NOT make any sense. I showed 3 other people and nobody could make heads or tails of it. You're given 4 charts that are made up of 2 variants of the chair, and those 2 variants are split into 2 variants and there's no wording or anything to tell which one you have. I recommend looking at pictures on here for a better idea of how to assemble. In terms of comfort I really like it, but I find the lumbar support padding is not as plush as it should be, so the plastic bracket and the little wings dig into my back if I'm not careful. However, leaning back in this chair is REALLY comfortable, like, REALLY comfortable. I'm 5'8" around 180LBS. It's not worth full price, topping out at $300 would be a sweet spot for this chair.

I'm impressed

Lots of features for a chair at this price point, distinctly better than the cheap amazon chairs that look the same. Quality of materials is a big plus. Set up was easy (except the headrest, but that's physics' fault), the process was intuitive and I did not need the instructions, all parts fit together easily, none were missing or broken, and the included 'T' tool is awesome.
finish of the various pieces is a little rough on some seams, really not a concern does NOT affect the overall enjoyment of the product unless you're a snob
Overall this chair is a big upgrade from my previous "gaming" chair and I already like it a lot more. If you aren't used to using a screwdriver or Alan keys, take a second to read the instructions. 10/10 - so far I am very happy with the chair.

Comfortable but bad assembly
Reviewed by: Austin
Comfortable with lots of adjustable features.
I've never had something so poorly made for assembly. The instruction manual is not helpful whatsoever. I spent 3 hours with the help of 5 friends and have still been unable to install the headrest. It seems to be a cheap design for the price. Would recommend a different brand and will most likely be returning this chair.
Comfortable but poor design. Spend your money on another brand and save yourself the hassle and frustration of this chair.

Wheel base is fine. Everything about the chair is right. It's ergonomics are why you should purchase the chair. Good Value.

Recline with caution
Reviewed by: Robert
I found it even more comfortable than my old Ergohuman V2 which is 3 times the price. The "waterfall" sloping seat puts less pressure on legs. Good adjustments..allowing for back, neck and lumbar fit. I like the firm mesh as well.
Wheel base could be a little wider. The ergohuman has a diameter of appox 26 inches. This one 25. After my 2nd day
of use I reclined back a little too confidently violently crashing to the floor. Back fully reclined with seat adjusted to back was enough to make it flip out. This never happened with my years reclining on the Ergohuman. (The Ergo hydraulic went after 2 years).. I will look for locking wheels which will help. But need to recline gently.
Would not buy again unless wheel base is a little larger, more stable
