Cheap but works well

Price, form factor and speed
power connector (model I have used old style floppy connector). Plastic clip on connector snapped off when I plugged it in the first time. Reports power surges in the OS all the time. After turing off power management the card seemed to work well. When installed in case the face plate was a bit high and warped a bit when bolted in. Tried in newer case and it was a better fit.
Overall not a bad card for the price. If you are looking for something cheap this is a good candidate. Other than the cheap plastic power connector the card worked well.
